Dmitry: At IT-Dimension, we are more than just a software development company. We view ourselves as a partner to our clients, helping them thrive in the digital age. Q: Could you explain your company’s business model? Do you primarily operate with an in-house team or utilize third-party vendors/outsourcing?
Dmitry: Our most powerful resource is our in-house engineering and management team. Let’s say approximately 80% of our core team is in-house and full-time. We maintain a highly distributed team; we have delivery offices in Eastern Europe (Ukraine, Slovakia) and lots of full-time contractors almost all over the world. However, as is common in our industry, we occasionally rely on third-party vendors and contractors for specialized or non-core tasks where we have not yet accumulated deep expertise. That said, I firmly believe that, in the long run, it’s always better to retain and elevate our key competencies within the team.

Dmitry: At IT-Dimension, we believe software can be a real game-changer for businesses. First, we’re obsessed with our clients’ success (regardless of business size)! We differentiate ourselves through our deep commitment to it. We call it involvement, but it’s more than that. We are fortunate to have a strong base of repeat clients, which provides us with sustainable growth opportunities. About 75% of our clients are return customers – a testament to the value and trust that also provides us with sustainable opportunities for growth. While we continue to nurture these relationships, new clients play a key role in accelerating our expansion.

Dmitry: Clients come to us when they need a software partner who can adapt to their needs. Some need the whole package – a beautifully crafted solution from initial concept to launch and beyond.
