A mobile app that connects users with local service providers based on their location, allowing them to request various services, book appointments, or notify emergency services instantly.
Task:
Mobile application that allows people to access service providers available in their location instantly, place a request, or notify emergency services of an incident, and get feedback that help is on their way.

Challenge
Our client was on a mission to implement a modern way for people to quickly and safely get help or service in a variety of areas.
This includes emergency notifications, services of various organizations, medical assistance, interaction with other individuals and much more just with a few taps.
Solution
We developed an Android and iOS mobile app where people can get different services based on their location. Here are some of the use cases:
- Access emergency services based on your location – anonymously and in seconds with no need to call;
- Access your previously indicated SOS person just with a tap in any unsafe situation;
- Access school, university, or work staff, informing that something is wrong or unsafe;
- Participate in various communities and place requests for certain services: e. g. dog walks, babysitting, medical consultation, etc.;
- Help other users with their requests and get in-app points.
Result
We got a solution which unrolls many new use horizons for both ordinary users and businesses. Foremost, Cohesion Me enhances users safety by providing instant access to the right emergency services based on the location.
In addition, here everyone can find a solution for a variety of tasks, or vice versa to help other users by providing their services. Anonymously and instantly report the emergency, request or provide a service, participate service communities, find organizations just on the map – all these features are now available with the implemented app.
