The main goal was to optimize logistics with an automated, efficient, and user-friendly system that provides huge opportunities for all the logistics chain’s participants.

Carrier TMS
An automated solution for easy-to-use digital document management, booking, simplified billing and payments, automated reports and analytics, and on-demand visibility.
The app enables carriers to search for and book profitable loads, manage documents, track load status, find contact information of other participants, access simplified reports and analytics, assign drivers, and more.

Shipper TMS
The transportation management system includes all the needed functionality for shippers providing even better work experience and great optimization.
Using the app, shippers can book a truck fast, get real-time visibility on their loads, view advanced reports and analytics, manage their company, interact with carriers, get invoices, and manage lanes and locations.
The system provides the ability to fully control shippers’ operations.

ZUUM Loads
A simplified solution for carriers that allows searching for loads by just providing the relevant load parameters.
ZUUM Loads allows carriers to access the ZUUM marketplace from a public website, without having to create an account or log into an account.
Also, the guest carrier appears in other parts of the ZUUM so that, for example, the broker can contact them or onboard.

Bidding Automation Tool
A web application that collects information about shipments from separate marketplace platforms of different shippers to display them on a single web interface, with the further ability to automatically bid on selected shipments.
The automation tool allows pricing and bidding offers from Home Depot, Tyson Foods, and Limited Brands portals, as well as creating respective quotes on the ZUUM Broker App.

ZUUM Chat
A specially developed embeddable chat for ZUUM apps that allows users to communicate across the apps on the platform.
Brokers, Shippers, and Carriers can communicate within the system — both on the web and mobile apps.
The solution has the functionality of group chats so the users can create a room for a specific load.
Also, we implemented an ability for attachment sharing, an online/offline status feature, and more.

Marketing Website
ZUUM marketing website which represents the logistics super platform.
The implemented solution has rich functionality (including different custom forms where users can get an instant freight quote, book a demo, etc.) and an eye-catching appearance with animations and videos.
Also, zuumapp.com has over 20 custom and third-party services and plugins connected, which perfectly serve marketing purposes.
